The organic wine project took shape in 2015 with Bardolino Chiaretto and represents a first step along a company path leading to the production of a number of organic wines made with the grapes of the Villa Cordevigo estate, a protected area which does not border on other traditionally-run vineyards.

The project began about ten years ago when the Cristoforetti and Delibori families decided to create a protected natural island around Villa Cordevigo without disturbing the peace and quiet of the relais guests at all. The future of wine-making must necessarily take into account sustainability: producing organic wines means respecting the district, considered as both a natural environment and a place to live in and share with other people
