INDICAZIONE GEOGRAFICA TIPICA
GRAPES AND VINIFICATION
Produced with Garganega and Sauvignon Blanc grapes from vineyards of the Cordevigo estate.
Garganega grape is allowed to over-ripen in crates, in order to obtain greater fruit concentration.
Villa Cordevigo Bianco ages in oak barrels, in which part of the malolactic fermentation also takes place.
TASTING NOTE
It is intensely fruity, with fresh notes of golden delicious apples, green plum, pineapple and citrus fruits, along with elegant grassy notes, due to the Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Also, hints of honey owed to the drying process. On the palate it is full, rich and tangy, with floral notes, enriched on the finish by mineral tones.
