Grapes varietals: 100% Chardonnay.

Vinification system: a late harvest is followed by maceration of the grapes at cold temperature, soft pressing and fermentation in barriques at controlled temperature (18°-20°C).

Ageing and refining: in small (25 hl) Allier barrels for one year followed by three months refinement in the bottle.

Characteristics: dry, intense yellow, ripe fruit bouquet, soft, velvety and long lasting taste.
