Vinification system: maceration and fermentation with skins contact for 10-12 days at controlled temperature (22°-24°C), "submerged cap" system.

Ageing and refining: up to 18 months in barriques, 6 months refinement in the bottle.

Characteristics: intense ruby red colour, vinous perfume with ethereal and spicy bouquet. Taste is dry and full.
