The very heart of Vigneti Villabella is the Villa Cordevigo estate, 100 hectares of land planted with vines in Cavaion Veronese, in the Bardolino Classico area. Other properties are in the other doc zones in Verona.
The soil around the Lake Garda is of morainic origin with pebbles. It is calcareous, smooth by the Garda glacier.

Lake Garda plays an important role in the positive characterization of grapes and wine, influencing the climate, with mild winters and temperate summers. This area is also known as a Mediterranean oasis: orchids flourish spontaneously in the fields, olives are well known starting from the Middle Ages. In the XIX Century there was a great diffusion of palms, agaves and other exotic varieties

In recent years producers have joined forces to improve the Bardolino Superiore. The result of this is a richer, fruity wine with more structure.
The family Delibori and Cristoforetti were among the first supporter of the docg project. They soon realized it was necessary to introduce changes in the vineyards: thanks to a strong investment - started in 1996 - the old "pergola" was slowly replaced by the Guyot method - able to grant a higher quality of the grapes and to allow mechanization during the harvest.
